NOTICE OF CONSTABLE'S SALE

Under and by Virtue of a Writ of Execution, I have seized and taken into custody the following described property: BEGINNING FOR THE SAME at a polnt on the eastern line of Rockridge Road, said point of beginning being on the first or north 11 degrees 04 minutes west 260 feet line of that parcel described in a Deed from Mary E. Adams, widow, to Flora Keyes and Robert Russell Keys, her husband, dated 6/11/98, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber TBS 1671 folio 207, 18.58 feet from the beginning of said first line, and running thence north 18 degrees 51 minutes 10 seconds west 81.42 feet binding along said eastern line of Rockridge Road to a point thereon, thence north 62 degrees 05 minutes 50 seconds east 161.53 feet to a point, thence 26 degrees 35 minutes 10 seconds east 91.96 feet to a point on the northwestern line of Bedford Road, thence binding along the last mentioned line south 62 degrees 05 minutes 50 seconds west 50.00 feet thence still binding along said northwestern line of Bedford Road south 58 degrees 58 minutes 30 seconds west 106.75 feet, thence binding along the northern line of Bedford Road as now widened 26.75 feet along arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 15.00 feet and a long chord bearing north 69 degrees 56 minutes 20 seconds west 23.34 feet to the point of the beginning. Being known as Lot A as shown on the Plat entitled "RESUBDIVISION LOTS 1 & 2, B, BLOCK B, VILLA NOVA," which Plat is recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Plat Book No. 17 Folio 2. The improvements hereon being known as No. 4100 Bedford Road, Baltimore, MD 21207.

BEING THE SAME PROPERTY described in a Deed dated 30th day of September, 1998 and recorded among the land records of Baltimore County, Maryland, at Liber 13188, page 526, was granted and assigned by Clinton T. Willis, Personal Representative of the Estate of Robert M. Willis, who died on or about June 15th 1997 as a resident of Baltimore, Maryland, surviving Tenant by the Entirety of Violette H. Willis, who died on or about November 12, 1993 as a resident of Baltimore, Maryland, unto Rita Chappelle, individually.

BEING ALSO THE SAME PROPERTY described in Deed dated September 17, 2003 and recorded among the land records of Baltimore County, Maryland at Liber 18810 page 674, was granted and assigned by Rita Chappelle, individually unto Rita Chappelle and Marc Chappelle, as tenants by the entireties (sister & brother).

AND I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT ON WEDNESDAY, MAY 14, 2008, AT 10:00 AM ON THE COURTHOUSE STEPS OF THE DISTRICT COURT, LOCATED AT 120 EAST CHESAPEAKE AVENUE, TOWSON, MARYLAND 21286

I will offer for sale so much of the debtor's interest in the property as is necessary to obtain the amount of the judgement and costs of the enforcement procedures, sale subject to all liens and encumbrances.

I will sell the debtor's interest, including all legal and equitable interests of the debtor in the property. The sale will be for cash or certified check to the highest bidder at the time of the sale.
