By virtue of a Writ of Execution issued- from the District Court for
Harford County, State of Maryland on the 22nd day of May, 2007, at the
suite of Sunrise Condominium Assoc. Inc. against Gloria House,
Defendant, to me directed, I have seized and taken in execution all the
right, title, interest, claim and estate, both at law and in equity, of
the said real property located at 1715-D Fountain Rock Way, Edgewood,
Md. 21040, in and to the following property to wit:

described as all that lot or parcel of ground situate and lying in Harford
County, State of Maryland. Deed recorded among the land records Harford
County in Liber 1040, Folio 1095. The improvements thereon being known
as 1715-D Fountain Rock Way, Edgewood, Md. 21040. Together with the
buildings thereon, and the rights, alleys, ways, waters, privileges,
appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining, and subject to any and all prior liens or encumbrances.
DESCRIPTION: Map 65,
Grid 3D, Parcel 930, Subdivision 129, Section 4, Lot 1715-D assessment
area 3, Plat No. 1009. Primary structure built in 1972, property land
area 1.00 SF, a condo garden.
TERMS:
$5,000.00 deposit at time of sale, Deposit can be certified check, money
order (payable to "Sheriff of Harford County"), or cash. Balance due at
settlement which should occur within 60 days. Property sold "as is" and
purchaser is responsible for all closing costs.

property so seized and taken in execution, to the highest bidder for
Cash. I reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
